The best advice is to consult your owners manual to see what the manufacturer recommends on those particular models.
However, with the lithium-ion batteries is it usually not good to drain the battery completely on a regular basis. Some people recommend that you drain it completely once a month, but I usually don’t do that. Take a look at the article below for some helpful advice on battery care:
